No they are not on the same LAN. I tried multiple troubleshooting with the end users. We tried enabling RDC, turning off windows defender. Once we were able to get in after 3 reboots of the machine but then the next time we had to login, it would not let us again. Weird. We can use the file transfer, CMD prompt, computer management everything but the Remote control. This is happening to us too.... It is random and we have over 500 computers. It is happening with the Windows 10 computers and we have 10 different locations. Very fustrating. We can log into the computer management, but we cannot remote into their desktop to resolve issues.6.1KViews0likes0Comments
