Registration Report "failed to generate" We are attempting to download a registration report for an upcoming webinar. We have done this countless times so we are very familiar with the process. Starting today, we are receiving a report "failed to generate" when trying to access the report via the dashboard or the analytics options. Pop-ups are enabled and other reports work fine, just the registration report. SolvedRe: GTT: Switch to Desktop Option Missing? We experienced issues last week with GTT implementing the new view without communication and not providing an option to revert to the classic view. We have contacted customer support who state that our profile indicates that we are supposed to be on classic view but we continue to have issues. Will LogMeIn be providing communication and training before attempting to implement the new GTT view in the future? Will we be allowed to remain on the classic view, which works better for our training situation? If so, how long will we be able to stay in the classic view before being forced to the new user experience? Thank you. Re: GTT: Switch to Desktop Option Missing? We also tested this morning and have NOT been rolled back to the previous/classic version, which is what we would like. I called LogMeIn support this morning and they have said this is an open issue that has not yet been resolved nor do they have an ETA for resolution. We were unexpectedly placed in the new version with no way to revert to the old version and were in the final day of a 3 day training. We have moved our training for next week off GTT and to a competitor's platform as we do not want to risk another surprise. The lack of communication and resolution has been disappointing. Re: GTT: Switch to Desktop Option Missing? It is our understanding from the documentation we were sent yesterday that the "switch" in the Organizer account settings is under the "Join" options. Unfortunately, our settings do not display as your documentation says it should. (please see below). None of the 3 GTT accounts that we hold have the option to switch back to the classic view as should be available. Re: GTT: Switch to Desktop Option Missing? Hello, I contacted Customer Support for our GoTo accounts and was told that they have been reverted to the classic view, but when we did a test session, we still are only getting the new view with no option for the desktop version. This is after we cleared cache and uninstalled the desktop versions (per the direction of the support technician). It does not appear that customer support knows how to revert back to the classic version and absolutely no warning or communication was provided before this change went into effect this morning. When trying to resolve this issue, I researched the help documents available and never saw anything that stated that the video would be automatically available after the event unless I disabled it. Yes, I do not specify a video for them to view in the registration area, but that is exactly how they are getting to it. I just tested it. It seems to be a BUG in the software. Even though I have not allowed a vidoe to be viewed, uploaded to Stage, nor published to my channel, when someone registers after the event, they are directed to the video recording! GoToWebinar - please fix this bug! I should be able to control if and when I want to have registrants view a recording, it should not happen automatically! We send emails to attendees and absentees directing them to our webinar library that is hosted on a different site. It appears the only way to ensure they can't get the video is to delete it and I really don't want to do that. Re: Webinar Registration Link now leads to my cloud recording? Chris, Thank you for the reply, but I use the cloud storage option to keep the original full recordings. I do download them to edit and caption, etc. but somehow others are able to access the recordings. I am trying to understand how they are able to do that since I never released the link to the recording to anyone. Re: Webinar Registration Link now leads to my cloud recording? We currently use the online storage for the recording of our webianrs, but we do not want folks to use the raw video as our final product. I noticed that folks are able to get at the recordings and register to watch them and view them. How are they doing this and how do I "disallow" this feature? I want to drive them to our webinar library on our website, which also will have the handout, transcript, and captioned version of the webinar. I have checked all the settings and cannot see anyplace that I have "allowed" a recoding to be viewed by anyone but me. Wendy
