Temporary loss of image in two places in the video.
My customer has sent me the message: We are having a problem with the video of a webinar we made the other day. The image (audio continues in the back) disappears completely between 00:00 - 00:33 and 45:10 - 53:49 of the webinar. We tried to download the video, the same problem continues there as well. However, there was no problem during the webinar and the image was completely ok. We have not encountered a similar problem in any of our webinars until today. Hello Chris, I might say all of the above. However unmuting-shouting may not work. I thought people raise hand and organizer unmutes the person opens the webcam to bid and also notes in somewhere where everybody sees.
