Hi AshC, According to me i cannot see the windows when i get access to the mac Laptop with Mac OS big Sur. Before this version i could easily get access to this laptop. In this Picture, you will only see the menu on the top but you cannot see any windows that are actually opened on the laptop. Some of our users mention that, since we have changed for logMeIn-AV, they lose their password saved on Chrome and also on Office Outlook 2016/2019 in their POP email account. So they have to re-enter all their passwords at anytime for their email account and for their websites that have password. Do you ever heard about this issue ? How can you help us ? We have receive a recommendation from LogMein Support and they advice us to try again, because there is an update about this bug from Logmein. They solve my issue now. Here is the solution: Oct. 20, 2020 Fixes The new 6.6.21.304 version of LogMeIn AV install now runs without errors on operating systems that have Windows Updates KB4580347 and KB4579311 (Oct 13) deployed. AshCWe never use LogmeIn-AV before; It is like a couple of weeks that we have this option through LogMein Central. Is it possible to have the .exe or .msi installation files ? I never heard that, can you tell how to get it? Cause, until now we usually push our installation via logmeIn central. Thanks for your follow up.3.5KViews0likes7Comments
