ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsNew problem with Malwarebytes There appears to be a new problem with GoToWebinar and Malwarebytes. During/after my last two webinars, many registrants have said that when they attempt to join the webinar, Malwarebytes gives them this warning about launch.gotowebinar.com: "Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this page because it may contain malicious activity. We strongly recommend you do not continue. You may be putting your safety at risk by visiting this site. The Riskware code is 2.0.202310041517." Does GoTo/LogMeIn know about this? Is there anything they will do to attempt to resolve this issue? Already our attendance rates have declined as a result. SolvedRe: Webcast Attendees' screens going dark after next presenter AshC We hosted a webcast last night with 1,200+ attendees. While the experience was better than earlier in the year, there were still a lot of attendees who were getting the frozen screen, no audio, no video. Also, while many were presented with the survey afterwards, many were not. Please let me know how I can help diagnose the continued problems with webcasts. Re: Customize "Webinar Full" screen AshC - thank you for mentioning that you are considering this. We've hit the limit again today and I've just responded to 176 upset customers who were told to contact me because the webinar is full. 14 more in my inbox now, gotta go response to them now... Re: Feature request: provide ability to customize the "webinar is full" message I completely agree about how simple it would be. I do already provide a custom confirmation page URL. I do already tell folks in the confirmation email, in the reminder emails, on our blog, on Facebook and on our website about the limit capacity and what to do if they get the "webinar is full" message. Still, I get hundreds of emails every single time we reach capacity from folks who are really upset. A simple option for me to provide my own text for this webinar is full message would solve it. Or, fix all of the bugs in the webcast version so I could use it with confidence. Feature request: provide ability to customize the "webinar is full" message We often reach the 1,000 attendee limit and many are shown the dreaded "webinar is full" message which requests that the user "contact the organizer". During each of these webinars, I receive hundreds of emails from these viewers who state "GoToWebinar told me to contact the organizer", and many of course are irate about not being let in. I'm recommending/requesting that like other messages, this message be customizable by the organizer. I would add something to the effect of an apology and a link to the post-recording. This would help some of those who couldn't get in feel better, and hopefully bring down the count of unnecessary emails that I have to respond to. Thanks for considering this. Re: Webcast Attendees' screens going dark after next presenter AshC - thanks so much, I look forward to the resolution. Re: Webcast Attendees' screens going dark after next presenter LogMeIn support has confirmed that this is a bug that has been present for many months. My solution is to recreate all 120 webinars in Standard mode. Support is then assisting me with copying all registrants from the webcast mode to the standard mode of the same webinar. Lots of work, and I'm back to the 1,000 viewer limit. Re: Webcast Attendees' screens going dark after next presenter We switched to all Webcasts this year since we routinely hit the 1,000 attendee limit. Have hosted 2 live webcasts now. A large percentage of viewers say they cannot see the panelist's screen unless they manually refresh their browser (F5). When we switch to the presenter's screen all is good. When we switch back to the panelist's screen, this same percentage only see the "waiting to view _____'s screen". If they manually refresh their browser it works. But then they lose the entire chat log. Viewers' browsers being used who are affected by the bug include Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Why is this happening and what is the resolution?
