They were supposed to be started one after the other not at the same time but they overlapped. What happened is that the co-organbizer started the first webinar not the organizer ,but by mistake. Then the same co-organizer wanted to start the other webinar their own one but they were not able to. The question is really simple if you are a co-organizer and take part in a webinar can you at the same time start your own webinar from another device. I know it is probably not possible since you can only have one webinar running per license. The problem is when sales sold the licenses they said that you can have as many webinars as licenses. Customer was trying to start multiple ones from the same account. They did this because they can only link one email address with Hubspot and did not want to integrate with Zapier to link another one. Thank you for your time and effort. GoToWebinar co-organizer Please I need urgent help with a question: If there are 2 webinars set up by two different license holders and they each invite the other as co-organizers will they be able to start the others webinar if the webinars overlap or start at the same time? Both have the same webinar license and are on the same account. They can add co-organizers before the session to the webinar. Does this interfere with the rule that one license holder can have only one webinar at the same time? If you could test this it would be great. SolvedEdit the registration email body and sender It would be great if the body of the registration email could be edited. The possibility to reduce the email body and to modify the subject. Some find the email too long and it would be great if there was a possibility to streamline it. Sending the link manually is not possible for each attendee and making it public and available for everyone is dangerous. I know that the sender of the email is not editable but maybe in some form it will be. GoToStage channel language settings In the GoToStage channel there is no option to set the language. Since this is the case things like LIVE or UPCOMMING are in English. I have attached a screenshot for reference. Customer asked if language selection could be made available or if the GoToStage channel would import the language setting of the account. Magnification value with camera zoom Customer asked for the function to have either a slide bar or the possibility for more preconfigured values when zoom is adjusted. Currently there is no possibility other then the 100% 75% 50% 25% as preconfigured values. There is also no way to enter a value for the percentage of magnification. The scroll function of the mouse can be used to zoom in and out but this is not obvious to the users and also most are using a laptop with touchpad. Thank you in advance for your help. Add customizable button to catalogue Customer would like to have a customizable button in the catalogue. They have many bill requests from people who attend their trainings. They request this via email and there is too much communication between them. To make this easier they want to embed a button in the catalogue to each training named "Request bill". So the attendees can click on this button that has a link embedded. This takes them to an outlook form to fill in their details so the bill can be sent to their email address. Categorize users in internal admin via color code Customer has multiple free and also paid licenses. When checking in internal admin the daisy symbols are the same color for the free and the paid licenses. They would like to have an option to categorize the users via color code or make the daisy symbols different for the free and the paid licenses. Re: Please add the ability to schedule webinars farther than 1 year out Is there any information on the feature request? Would be great if there was a timeline since this feature is needed and the change would be probably easy to implement. Re: End a webinar for attendees, but organizers and panelists remain logged in. This would be a great feature! Maybe once breakout rooms are available this could be one of the options: Break out room for Organizers and panelists only.
