Long Duration Meetings - extend limit from 8 hours to 12
For decades, we have been using GoToMeeting to help us monitor live field operations using screensharing with clients, and conference calling with both clients and the field operators. These operations last for days at a time, and we have staff and clients swapping out every 12 hours or so as their shifts end. We used to be able to run a GoToMeeting for days at a time, and just hand over control to a new organizer at shift change. Can we go back to having meetings last for extended periods please? For daytime only jobs, we used to be able to have a meeting restart daily smoothly as well.47Views0likes6CommentsFeature Request: Separate Fields for First Name and Last Name in Meeting Login
I would like to suggest an enhancement for the GoToMeeting product. Currently, when joining a meeting, participants are prompted to enter their name in a single field. As a result, many users only enter their first name, which can create confusion in larger meetings. It would be highly beneficial if the login interface could include two separate fields for First Name and Last Name. This change would help ensure that attendees provide both pieces of information consistently, improving meeting organization and participant identification.17Views0likes0Commentscentral template for feedback questions
Is it possible to create a central template for feedback questions? This template could be stored behind the training/appointment. If the questions are changed or expanded, GoTo should automatically update all appointments using the template. This eliminates the need to manually edit each individual appointment. The copy function is not available after publication. Thank you very much and greetings.36Views0likes3CommentsSafari support needed for GoToWebinar Webcasts - join in browser
I've been told by GoTo support staff that live webinars are no longer supported while using Safari. This is happening since the recent update on Aug 7, 2025. The developers need to update the GoTo Webinar software to support Mac computer users. I have been using GoTo for several years without this being a problem on Mac computers, so for the developers to just drop support for one of the primary web browsers is simply ridiculous.56Views0likes2CommentsAdd engagement scores to objects returned by one of the GoTo Webinar API endpoints
Hello, We leverage the GoTo Webinar API to run a lot of processes that rely on webinar attendance and interactions. We also would love to start using the engagement scores that are currently downloadable via the dashboard. We would love for these scores to be available via any of the endpoints of the Session Attendees API. It would be nice if the engagement score was available as an attribute of an attendee whenever we query the session attendees endpoint. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, or some some clarification as to our use case for this attribute. Best, Abdou40Views0likes1CommentCustomized Welcome Screen
Instead of the boring "welcome - we'll be with you in a moment" screen before webinars start. Is there a way to post informative slides/video instead? Like something that will show each slide for 4-5 seconds and then cycle through until the meeting starts?1.2KViews1like4CommentsMute sound that accompanies pop-up notification when attendees join/leave
Hello everyone, I have an idea which I would like to share with you. My point is how can I tell who joined the meeting after enabling the access of the person who requested to join. I'm aware that, when a person requests access to a meeting and the access is granted, the person's name will appear among the other meeting attendees after they join; however, how can one tell who has just joined the meeting? In other words, since currently the identity of the person who requests to join the meeting won't be available to the organizer/presenter when they request to join an ongoing meeting, is it expected that the new version/update of the App, at least, offer a notification of the person who joined after they were granted access (e.g., John Davies [or any name] has just joined the meeting)? In my opinion, the point I'm raising here has important implications when it comes to the privacy of any meeting and its content because the way the current App is structured doesn't allow the organizer to control who can or cannot join a meeting.
