I just told you that I tried logging in with my old email and my current password and it gave me an invalid password error. I tried via a private browser window like you asked, with the same result. Every time I tried to access community.logmein.com, I was greeted with a dialog asking me to create a new profile (this post is from my new profile). Is there any way to recover access to my old profile, or is it gone forever? Thanks!
