I’ve recently changed to a Mac Mini and whenever I try to remotely login with Pro LogMeIn all I can see is the desktop screen saver. No dock, hard rice icon or any open windows. I can’t therefore access any files or apps remotely. Any help would be appreciated. It doesn’t seem acceptable that it’s almost impossible to get actual tech support when you pay €200 plus a year for the service??581Views0likes1Comment
