Assistance With Licensing Issues?
Can anyone here advise best path forward for confirming our licenses for GoTo Resolve are identical to our licenses for GoTo Assist? Are there plans to convert "helpme.net" to redirect to GoTo Resolve sessions instead of Assist? Or introducing similar shortcut for Resolve specifically? Sorry for slow reply - I believe I got email correspondence from a support tech and sent logs to them, but issue ended up self-resolving IIRC. That PC successfully took the installer after some time and have not had issue reoccur since.
