I would like to be able to run shell scripts to automate certain tasks, e.g. renaming the device/host name. I have contacted support but they are not much help and I don't think they know either. Even something as simple as the ping command results in a "command not found" result. In all the documentation it refers to this feature as a "fully funtional terminal" and it is anything but. Assign / Edit user email to help desk tickets It seems as though there is no way of creating an email for the end user when manually adding a Ticket. Re: The ability to report on tickets and export the results Can someone let us know when this will be released. A very useful and basic feature that I'm surprised wasn't there from the start.
