ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsAdd remote client screen resolution When you filter your devices to find a particular client, you get one or more summary lines showing the Remote Client Sessions to which you can connect along with the Start Remote Control arrow on the right side. Included in that information are items such as Status, Hostname, Operating System, IP Address, etc. It would be very helpful if the Remote Client screen resolution was displayed there as well as an editable field. Every once in a while a Remote Client session will open up in the smallest resolution available (e.g. 457 x 342). This setting is impossible to use as everything is too large to be seen on the screen. If the Remote Client screen resolution was available as an editable field, you could reset it to something else (e.g.1280 x 800), refresh the page and you would be good to go. Re: Allow opting out of the gray screen when temporarily clicking away from remote session I agree, makes screenshots very difficult because everything immediately grays, even if you try doing a PrintScreetn. Re: Groups - Sorting enhancement The list is not sorted alphabetically. and changes from one usage to the next. At a minimum it should sort consistently. This is true of the entire group list as well as individual items within the same group. Show additional information on left side session info When logged into an Unattended Session, the client Server Name is displayed if you mouse over the Session Info on the left side ribbon or is always visible if you expand the left side ribbon.We support multiple remote clients and our team is itself comprised of support techs working remotely. 1. It would really be helpful if, in addition to the Client Server Name, you could see a. What Client User has been used to log on b. Which company tech has initiated the Unattended Support session c. Local contact info of company tech that initiated the Unattended Support session (e.g. phone / email) Perhaps there could be a private support tech profile available only to the company providing support Clipboard Sync should be a user preference setting It would be very helpful if the Clipboard Sync setting was configurable and saved with user preferences.
