I have been using LogMeIn Host for the past two years, and it was working fine on my Windows 7 system. However, for the past month, it has been showing my PC as offline. When I try to reinstall the LMI host, it still shows my PC as offline. I tried troubleshooting the issue by pinging and tracert-ing the LMI server, but there was no there problem. However, while capturing the packets using Wireshark, I noticed that the connection gets ACK but as soon as my host software sends the Client hello Packet using TLSv1.2, there is a problem. Hello After a fresh installation of the client app on Windows 11, I was successfully able to use the client app to connect after closing the session and app while reopening the app prompted with "An error occurred, please contact support," and I have tried this couple to time to have a fresh install uninstall the application using Revo still the problem remains the same and for support, the only solution I received was to reinstall the app, which just worked for one session, and then I got back to square ZERO please can someone help me to figure out this issue FYI.
