Invite Another Agent to an Ongoing Support Session
We have computers at end customers that are primarily serviced by a local dealership that logs in remotely. When the local dealership cannot solve a problem we log in to try and solve it. I just found that ad hoc support is something different. We are using the normal client-server connection. So the label should probably be changed to 'miscellaneous'. And it would be nice to hear if this is something that can/will be implemented anytime soon.718Views0likes0Comments
