When the local dealership cannot solve a problem we log in to try and solve it. It would be very beneficial if at that time the dealership could still be logged in as well (view only) so they can see what we do. Re: Invite Another Agent to an Ongoing Support Session I just found that ad hoc support is something different. We are using the normal client-server connection. So the label should probably be changed to 'miscellaneous'. And it would be nice to hear if this is something that can/will be implemented anytime soon.
