I have been running some dry runs with speakers today and 3 consecutive ones the panelist/presenter could share their screens and could hear me the organizer but i could not hear them. We played with settings, rejoined, used headset and without headsets, join via the app, join via the browser etc and nothing seemed to make a difference. I did a final one this evening and that one seemed ok. Just wondered if anyone else had issues or if there is a fault with the speaker side? Just unusual to have three speaker in a row have the same problem. I have 4 big webinars this week and just want to ensure everything works! Re: Add Clean Screen sharing option to the GoTo App Would also like the answer to this too. Panelist guide link and video for new look and feel Can you advise if there is a new panelist guide or link i can send to speakers for the new look and feel? Also is there a new video like the one below for the old version - https://youtu.be/-geRc7YT1tg?si=SK4d5UHYkpcfIH3H thanks Re: Captioning - can you confirm the beta captioning is available to all attendees? Thank you Kate very helpful. Can i ask is captioning available when you share the recorded session? Captioning - can you confirm the beta captioning is available to all attendees? I notice beta captioning has popped up on go to meeting - can someone confirm this is now available for all delegates that join a go to meeting. I have a go to meeting on Monday want to be sure all delegate who join and need captioning can do so via this beta method box i have appearing as a organiser. Does it matter if they join via the download app or via browser and if it matters if they join via mac? If this could be answered today much appreciated! Thanks SolvedRe: Closed Captioning Availability I realise this and we use the workaround but this isn't good if there is a joint presentation or no slides eg panel discussions etc. CC has been on teams and zoom for a long time please catch up asap go to, so we don't get complaints about disability discrimination. Re: Closed Captioning Availability Does that mean it will probably be released on go to meeting first before go to webinar? I appreciated the update but would be good to know approx timescale eg 1 month, 6 months, a year. It is causing us a lot of problems and more people are demanding it. For some sessions we have had to move to teams. Re: Closed Captioning Availability Unfortunately as an organisation we are getting a large backlash of attendees being very negative about our webinars due to no closed captions, we too want to stay with go to webinar but have had to look at alternatives as not providing them can't carry on. I appreciate you are working on this but it's really too slow in coming when your competitors have had this for a long time. 😞 Re: Closed Captioning Availability Although this isn't a perfect solution we use the closed caption option on Powerpoint (can be found slide show tab then select always use subtitles) i believe this only works with office 365 but not 100%. It then shows the captioning for the speaker who is sharing their screen, it its multiple speakers it doesn't work so good and obviously no good if your not sharing powerpoint. The problem we have it is either on or off for delegates and some find it very distracting. We are also looking at other options as its a much needed function.
