Hey Kate, Thanks for that. I already emailed support and Spencer sent me few older versions to install but still did not work. that`s why i said to ask the forum in hope someone had this before. i did mentioned to Spencer in the email and over the phone if this is something to do with legacy signin as we are using SSO, but he said shouldnt matter. So, while i appreciate you open a case on my behalf, just to let you know, i was already with goto support by phone and email and no solution found. Hey Kate, Thanks for getting back to me. It does not relate to the single computer, as anyone in the office both on mac and windows cannot use the desktop application. You asked me to download and run this file, but i dont see the download url. can you please provide it so i can send you the logs. On the article you sent, is just allowing ip and domains on the firewall, but our firewall in office does not have any blocked policies at all. Hey Kate, I think you misunderstand the problem i`m having it. is not the same. the user is already logged in with the client. this is totally different, I`m not able to actually login into logmein client desktop application itslef. i cannot post screenshot so you can better see exactly what`s the message.6.1KViews0likes12CommentsLogmeIn Client shows offline. Hello, For some reason, i`m getting this when i`m trying to login to LogmeIn Client: Your computer is offline Sorry, LogMeIn requires an Internet connection. Please check your network. (for some reason, i dont have permission to upload screenshot) Obviously, i do have internet and nothing wrong with the internet connection, as i`m able to surf and use the internet.
