Thanks Glenn. It's not our security software, but we have determined that our users LMI Client has flipped to remote view only fir them (after years of using with full remote permissions). Not sure if a glitch or what, we are using the latest version. Sadly, all the troubleshooting articles on logmein pro/goto haven't landed us a resolution. All users are set with full remote permissions in all the right places. And we've even tried unistall/reinstall but still no. Would love a resolution to this rather than being forced to find another solution for our remote team. Thanks!!1.7KViews0likes3Comments
