I did as you suggested and submitted as a new feature. You can close this question if you like .... I'll wait to see what the developers think ... LMI Host Pre-connection 2FA Request Hello. I work for a managed services company and we have a team of IT technicians who use the web based and LMI client to connect to client computers and servers. During a recent team meeting, we came up with a scenario whereby a compromised IT technician's computer with the LMI Client (for example) still logged in has client admin creds cached and a threat actor just got access to everyone computers. We're heavy LMI users with 100's of endpoints to manage so having to re-enter creds every time would slow us down badly so we thought a pre-connection 2FA would ensure security and be relatively quick to action. I see this as being an option to send a 2FA to the cell phone or email. Better still could you integrate the MS Authenticator and others like the Google Authenticator? Thanks Tim Re: Pre-Host Connection 2FA for Technicans That's what I thought the reply would be as I could not find any parameter in LMI Central. If an IT technician computer is compromised with the LMI Client (for example), then because we have many client machines login creds cached a threat actor just got access to everyone. Having to re-enter creds every time would slow us down badly so a pre-connection 2FA would ensure security I'll post this Idea and see where it goes... cheers Glen Pre-Host Connection 2FA for Technicans Hello Is there a way in LMI Central to force all IT Technicians accessing client host agents (EUC or Server) to receive a 2FA authentication code via text or email before a connection is made. They either and/or use the Web Client or LMI Client. So put another way, when they go to remote control a PC or Server (with correct credentials cached) it would always send a 2FA before the connection is made. Thanks Tim Can LogMeIn Central Alert When an SSL Certificate is expiring ? Hello Is there is a way to use a feature in LogMeIn to email an alert when an SSL certificate or Self-Signed Certificate is expiring? I have a lots of clients and equipment and automating this somehow would be really useful. We've been experimenting with PRTG butLogMeIn is our primary alert tool and would prefer a solution viaLogMeIn Thanks Tim
