If you give permission to a "Manager" to access call recordings then they can access all recordings on the system. Yea you can see the calls that occurred when you don't have the "Access Call Recordings" option enabled but then you can't listen to them. I don't see how the feature was rolled out and made available when nothing changed. Re: What Went Live in June How do we setup the permissions? I was told by support that the new call reports portal won't allow you to play calls, and you have to go to the old call reports portal. Since you can't play them in the new portal how do you apply the new permissions? Members can't access the old call reports portal. Re: Issue with wallboard status and DND on phone staus I've had the same issue before. It would be nice to show the status. As a work around, I disabled DND on the devices themselves through the Admin portal. That way the only way they can get out of not answering calls is to log out or pause in the queue. Export and Import Holidays I would like to be able to export a completed holiday list and import it into another schedule. I currently have 12 schedules that require me to update the holiday list on each of them. This would make it a lot quicker to update the holidays each year.
