Hi GlennD, I did talk to my bank already, and they approved my purchase. I tried to buy again after my call to the bank, but it didn't succeed. So I called them again. They said that the transaction was cancelled by the store, not the bank. Could you please, check with your system or your team? I purchased the subscription at 10:47 AM. UTC +07:00.
