GoToAssist unattended Mac showing offline
I'm trying to install the unattended package on MacOS. I download the unattended PKG file from our console. I install on the Mac. Install seems to go fine, and I give permissions where needed. Console icon in top right shows 'offline' and the computer never shows in our list of 'unattended devices'. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've done this many times before, and it has worked fine. Please help.674Views0likes5Comments
