I think I figured it out.. The uninstaller didn’t stop the service properly, so the folder couldn’t be deleted. Stopping the service, deleting the folder then running the installer worked. Thanks for the script! I read it and got the idea to try it myself. I’m working on modifying it so it will work for me. Good morning Glenn, I was able to finally run your script today.. but it doesn't seem to have worked. I've run the script: .\cleanGTR_v5.ps1 Cleanup starting Unattended folder does not exist Continue with manual cleanup... Killing any remaining process... Deleting folders... Cleaning registry... Cleaning certificate storage... Cleanup finished but i still have the error: GoToAssist Remote Support Installation Failed I've run the script, and restarted and tried the installer. Still the same issue. Is there any other steps i could try?505Views0likes0Comments
