Issue with resolution (Mac Host, Windows remote)
Hi, I have a user who can't change the resolution. The only option available in the logmein toolbar is Match Resolution and 1024x768. When I click on match resolution it resets back to 1024x768 and nothing changes. The host computer is Mac 13.3 and a screen width of 2560x1600. The remote computer is windows 10 21h1 and there is no monitor attached Could you please help?2.2KViews0likes6Comments
