Issue with resolution (Mac Host, Windows remote)

Question

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;I have a user who can't change the resolution. The only option available in the logmein toolbar is Match Resolution and 1024x768.&nbsp; When I click on match resolution it resets back to 1024x768 and nothing changes.&nbsp;The host computer is Mac 13.3&nbsp;and a screen width of 2560x1600.The remote computer is windows 10 21h1 and there is no monitor attached&nbsp;Could you please help?

I'm not sure what you mean by which desktop app? I downloaded the LMI exe file from our accountI have a screen shot of my LMI software ver if that helps&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi,&nbsp;Yes I looked through this forum before posting, but the solution that you linked I have tried and it did not resolve our issue
