Unfortunately Michel could not clarify my challenge with the lack of assess to alarm monitorering in the PRO verison. Same here to I've also been using Logmein Pro for many years. I am confused to about how GoTo now is related to Logmein. For me to see LogMein Pro is an phases out product? my isue is i dont any longer have access to alert funktion in PRO version. "Hello, I wrote too Logmein before and got a useless reply. I am running a small business and I am unable to access the alarm settings as I could previously. It should be in the LogMeIn central, but as shown in this photo (https://i.imgur.com/TjerzKs.png), it is not present. I have just opgrade for the small business 5 PC too 10 Pc pro account and all my computers are set to pro. This is a vital part of my operation and I need this up and running asap."
