Patch Management - add the ability to ignore or disable specific updates
The ability to ignore or disable specific updates would be nice. We currently run Windows 10 machines as we are in the process of testing Windows 11 and it has become more tedious to send out OS updates because I have to individually select all of the updates and then unselect the Windows 11 update. This isn't a problem with a couple computers but with 80 its tedious and time wasting.
Threat Protection - Threat Found - Display Details
Provide details of the threat found by GoToResolve. Today, only the presence or absence of a threat is presented to the user. When a threat is found, the UI should provide details for the user to review and verify. As it stands, there is no value in this feature. If a device is offline, I cannot release any updates to it. I'd like to be able to do so when I'm online and not have to check back every few hours to release. I don't know when a specific laptop will next be online, could be an hour or 3 days, but it needs that patch asap. So ability to queue updates for a machine, a fire and forget.
Reporting for Alerts
It would be nice to have a report for alerts that you could run to see which pc's are on the alert. I have a report setup to show pc's with 5gb or less hd space. I have to thumb through all of the alerts to find which pc's are on it. It continually throws alerts until you acknowledge them and then you don't get alerts anymore.
Devices screen pagination
In the Devices screen, to "goto" the next page you must first scroll down to the bottom of the page. Putting the control at the top also would be awesome! As well, when you reach page 2 for example, you are still at the bottom of the page. My OCD would expect to be at the top of a new page.Allow "Hide" or "Ignore" on Available updates; GotoRescue crying Wolf.
I get "Device Health" as either "All Good" or "Critical" ... with nothing in between these two extremes - and often a striking similarity between two machines that show these two Health status'. There are numerous application prerequisites that exclude certain updates (Autodesk, etc), and others (Firmware updates) that should not be run through Windows updates - but a separate Firmware update utility. I'd like to be able to mark certain updates into an "ignore" or "On Hold" status to be able to still see that updates are pending, but not contributing to the "Critical" status.Devices screen Sort and Find fields
On the Devices screen, 'Not in a Group' grid, you're able to Find by - Device nickname, Host name, last logged in user, and get a list of matches but not by a partial IP address. Ex: 10.23.1 (Please include or provide a Filter by for this field) Also, when you are using a field to Sort by, indicated by the ^ caret, then perform a Find by and view the result, when you clear the Find and are returned to the 'Not in a Group' grid, you are no longer Sorted by the same field, the sort field is cleared.Devices view - add more rows and default alphabetical organization
I would like to have 100 rows as an option to view in one screen for the devices list and more so to have the ability to organize alphabetically (by nickname) by default. I am not sure how it is organized by default - the machine seem to be randomly listed. I always click the nickname column to organize every time i go back to the list - just extra clicks that could be eliminated including not having to scroll down to move the next page of devices
