Customize Email to fax access codes
Hello to All, I would like to add angle brackets ([]) to my fax access codes. As it stands, access codes are autogenerated and not customizable. I can make it easier for my end users by prepending the access code to outbound emails on my email server. However, angle brackets are added. Here is an example of what shows on the subject line of the prepended emails: [123456789] Fax Name This is automatically rejected due to the brackets. Another idea perhaps is to update the code to start with the length of the array to be 9, if index[0] of the dataset is not equal to (0-9) than use index[1]-[9]. Else use index[0]-[8]. Another option would be to allow access codes to become optionable and allow us to create a list of users who would be able to send virtual fax. Here is the thing, I am now giving end users an extra step using access codes to send virtual faxes via Goto. Please let me know if this is feasible.1KViews2likes3CommentsCompatibility with Apple Watch - Calls Ring on Watch
I'd really like compatibility with Apple Watch that would allow for calls to ring through on my watch. I like to keep my phone silent and use my watch to only important notifications during the work day, but I miss calls through GoTo because the notification/ring doesn't come through on my watch as it does with standard calls.1.1KViews7likes7CommentsLive over the phone language translation
Please provide live, over-the-phone language translation so we can help our international customers from the moment they call in. There are several 3rd party apps that offer this service, however they do not appear to integrate with our current phone system. Thank you.163Views0likes1CommentGoTo Plugin in Teams - Status light
Hello everyone, I’ve been using the newly released plugin for Microsoft Teams from GoTo. It’s been a great addition, but I’ve noticed that there seems to be a missing feature. Specifically, when I’m in a phone call, the status light in Teams does not update to show that I’m on the phone. This feature would be incredibly useful for my workflow, as it would allow my colleagues and external users to our tenant who message/call me on teams to see at a glance when I’m on a call. I was wondering if there are any plans to implement this feature in a future update? If so, could anyone provide an estimated timeline for when this might be taking place? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide. Best regards409Views3likes7CommentsPipedrive Integration--call/SMS logs in Deals
I appreciate the integration with Pipedrive. It creates a log entry for every call and also captures the text content of every SMS and voicemail for any person in the Pipedrive contact. It logs this information on that contact's record. However, it would be very helpful if the information was also logged into the record of whatever deal that person is attached to. A deal can be sitting there going "stale," when in realty, we been texting back and forth or having phone calls. This integration would be so much more helpful if the "deal" was updated. I contacted Pipedrive, but they said they don't control how the integration works...so now I'm making this request of you.21Views0likes1CommentSupport management of outbound caller ID from API
Please add support to manage the outbound DID / caller ID assigned to a line from the API. (Specifically referring to the phone number that shows up for the recipients of their calls.) You can manage this from the admin portal, but I see no way to view/update it from any API endpoint. This is one of the essential things to configure for users and this is preventing us from automating our onboarding process.125Views0likes1CommentMore event notifications
I feel like the option to choose which notification events a browser will display would be super useful. Inbound, Outbound, Answered, Missed. There is already a browser notification for inbound calls. This would be useful because it would make it easier for browser extensions to act on these events. As of now I have to deploy a backend to register a notification channel and then use websockets to communicate to the browser extension. If the app.goto.com app would use browser notifications for more events the extension would be able to hook into the notifications and act on them. That would be soooo nice.15Views0likes0Comments
