Apple not letting me download rescue
“Support-LogMeInRescue” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. I work at a software company, was trying to help someone via LogMeIn but they could not download the software and got the error above. I tried on my MacBook and got the same error. I have used it in the past and accepted all permissions. I saw online you may have to go in and give it full disk access, which I did. Same error. My Mac is on Sonoma 14.7.6 so old in an Apple sense but the agent I was assisting stated she had a new one. Wanted to see if there was a setting we need to change or a way around this.
