Hello, I have a need to have more custom consent boxes than just 1 on the registration form of gotowebinar to comply with EU GDPR data collection laws. We would like to use registrations as leads and allow them the option to opt into our marketing communications. We currently use this product in holding classes and each client has their own cancellation policy. This link at the bottom of a registration screen is causing great headaches where students are getting charged but they think they can cancel, when their internal policy is different. Currently, all sources must be entered individually. However, since 20 links are created per appointment, the process is very cumbersome and time-consuming. Automation would therefore be highly desirable. Idea: All names requiring a source link would be entered on a single line (if necessary, using clear separators such as commas, semicolons, or tabs). GoTo should recognize that this is a list and independently create a link for each name. Example: I enter all names requiring source links in the line. Then I click "Create," and GoTo automatically creates a link for each name. Ideally, the result could then be exported directly as an Excel file. That would be ideal. We have some excellent events recorded over 2 years ago. They still produce registrations on our newly activated GoToStage, but it is a challenge to get any analytics on them as they are over the analytics recording period. Is there a way to change the analytics request to show 'registrations in the past 2 years' instead of 'events in the past 2 years'? Hello, We leverage the GoTo Webinar API to run a lot of processes that rely on webinar attendance and interactions. We also would love to start using the engagement scores that are currently downloadable via the dashboard. We would love for these scores to be available via any of the endpoints of the Session Attendees API. It would be nice if the engagement score was available as an attribute of an attendee whenever we query the session attendees endpoint. Hi, This is more of a feature request than an idea but here goes. We present webinars in English and French (we are out of Quebec, Canada). My suggestion is that any page that is attendee facing and for which the webinar is tagged in a certain language, such as french), all parts of that page should be in the language the individual webinar is tagged. For a webinar tagged in French, the page should be in French. For example, the registration page has a disclaimer at the bottom that reads: By checking this box, you submit your information to the webinar organizer, who will use it to communicate with you regarding this event and their other services. even if the people registering are registering for a French webinar. Support told me that these are automated pages and they can't be changed at this point because we ticked a box on our profile that indicates English as the main language. That is a problem for us as we still deliver webinars in English and in French and the pages that are customer facing should be the the language that the webinar is tagged at. For many years, we have been hosting webinars via GoTo, with the twist that we run registration on our own domain and add people to GoTo via the REST API (using Zapier for convenience). We take this approach because we are a membership-based business and the GoTo-hosted registration web UI doesn't meet our requirements. A few months from now, we plan on running a "Webinar Week", using a GoTo Virtual Event. However, we have run into a problem: there is no support for Virtual Events in the GoTo REST API, preventing us from adding registrants to GoTo as they arrive via our registration mechanism. GoTo's suggested workaround appears to be "bulk registration": manually uploading a CSV file containing names and emails using a web UI. Unfortunately, with several hundred registrants expected, it will be tedious and error prone to insert a human into the loop. We can rejigger our process to use bulk registration for early birds, but as the event date nears, it will become increasingly difficult for us to respond in a timely and reliable manner to late registrations. Any suggestions? Any news of when REST API support for Virtual Events might arrive? Although we've been using GoTo for a long time and our team is comfortable with it, I've purchased a Zoom subscription so that we can explore our options. Right now when calendar appointments show up, they start with "Go To Webinar" and then the event title. This is not useful information to the attendee and moves our branding and information to be secondary to GTW. Please make the calendar appointment titles either editable or move the GTW branding to AFTER the event title.Editing Custom Registration Multi Answers
Today I needed to edit the answers offered on a Custom Registration Question. When you attempt to edit your answers and hit SAVE, you answers will now be jumbled, not in the order in which you entered them in. I also would like to be able to re-order the answers if need be, like you can re-order your custom questions by dragging. If you need to do either of these, you have to delete your entire question and start new. This is not productive way to work. I had to delete a custom questions with 13 possible answer choices for 11 scheduled webinars. Please fix this.21Views0likes1Comment
