Be able to set date format
Have a way to be able to set the date format that GoToMeeting uses when booking a meeting. GoToMeeting only uses mm/dd/yyyy however here in the UK we use dd/mm/yyyy. This has resulted in a meeting being scheduled for the wrong day. Yes the calendar does work but it doesn't stop people from instinctively typing in the date.677Views0likes2CommentsPlease add the ability to schedule live webinars farther than 1 year out
I have multiple webinars that recur every 6-12 months and it is a pain to have to keep re-entering them because I cannot schedule them to recur that far into the future. Can you please, please remove the limitation of scheduling into the future. Why even limit it at all? Thank you!2.6KViews2likes8CommentsAdding Webinar Event to Outlook Calendar
Our customers are complaining about how GoTo Webinar manages adding the event to their outlook calendars. When an attendee registers for a webinar, they are prompted to "Add Invite to Calendar" 2. When you click add to Calendar: 3. Attendee clicks Open to save invite to their Outlook Calendar. 4. This is confusing and no other software that I'm aware forces a User to selected "Required" "Send Update". Most software invites autopopulate the User name and they only thing you do is simply select "Accept". This is annoying to users and does not work like most "add to calendar" features.137Views0likes2CommentsEditing Custom Registration Multi Answers
Today I needed to edit the answers offered on a Custom Registration Question. When you attempt to edit your answers and hit SAVE, you answers will now be jumbled, not in the order in which you entered them in. I also would like to be able to re-order the answers if need be, like you can re-order your custom questions by dragging. If you need to do either of these, you have to delete your entire question and start new. This is not productive way to work. I had to delete a custom questions with 13 possible answer choices for 11 scheduled webinars. Please fix this.13Views0likes1CommentWhen you add a new session to a webinar series it should match the duration of the previous session
My webinars are not 1 hour long. They vary between 30-45 minutes. It's painful to schedule the series because the interface cannot hold onto any increments other than 1 hour. If I have an event that's 1-1:30 one day, I add the next session but want it at 2PM, the end time jumps to 3:30. It's been like this for years & I would have thought GoTo would have figured this out & fixed it by now.262Views0likes6CommentsSave template trainings, or copy previous training sessions
I conduct the same web training on a regular basis during peak times of the year. I know I can simply copy/schedule a similar training. I do this all the time. However, that training has fallen off my "Past Trainings" list so I don't have the option to Copy it anymore. It would be nice if I could create my own set of Training Session templates that I can use repeatedly. I can't see if this is possible somewhere.5.6KViews0likes10CommentsShared content library to re-use Polls, Surveys, Videos and Branding
I wish ALL stuff with go to webinar was a "library" feature - logos for branding, survey questions, poll questions, handouts... etc. It is annoying to have to reinvent the wheel each time - or try to remember to "clone" the appropriate webinar so all the stuff copies over. It would be nice to be able to pick from a menu of stuff in your account. Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Handouts for all Sessions in a Webinar.7KViews2likes21Comments
