'Cancel this Registration' to be listed as optional
We recently discovered the 'cancel this registration' appearing on our reminders e-mail notifications as well as the confirmation of registration screen. We would like to see it made optional for those organizations that need it, our company does not want it and therefore have to go through great lengths to be sure it does not interrupt or confuse our students. Our classes are decided 2 weeks out and at that point there is no option for a refund, but having this comment in the reminders leading up to the training, it makes it seem to our students that it could be an option.
Webinar Staff "add to calendar" link for Google Calendar and Outlook ?
The "Manage Webinar" page provides a link called "Add to Calendar". In Google Chrome, the link just downloads an .ics file, which, doesn't help with Google Calendar. It should either: be change to a drop-down (similar to what you get when you register for a webinar) that includes "Add to Google Calendar" (among the other options included in on the register confirmation page) <or> the link should be changed to be an actual ical link instead of just downloading an .ics file. Shared content library to re-use Polls, Surveys, Videos and Branding
I wish ALL stuff with go to webinar was a "library" feature - logos for branding, survey questions, poll questions, handouts... etc. It is annoying to have to reinvent the wheel each time - or try to remember to "clone" the appropriate webinar so all the stuff copies over. It would be nice to be able to pick from a menu of stuff in your account. Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Handouts for all Sessions in a Webinar.
Save template trainings, or copy previous training sessions
I conduct the same web training on a regular basis during peak times of the year. I know I can simply copy/schedule a similar training. I do this all the time. However, that training has fallen off my "Past Trainings" list so I don't have the option to Copy it anymore. It would be nice if I could create my own set of Training Session templates that I can use repeatedly. I can't see if this is possible somewhere.
Allow attendees to start the meeting
Shouldn't there be a key or a meeting password so anyone who you pass on that information should be able to start a meeting. We use Goto meetings for centralized meeting and the original host doesn't have to be present, but this limitation of goto meeting gets us in trouble if the host calls in sick or is unable to make it to the meeting. I think it is a big limitation as we are calling people at home on vacations to start the meetings. Sending a new meeting invite creates confusion if your audience is larger that's why we avoid doing that.
Please add the ability to schedule webinars farther than 1 year out
I have multiple webinars that recur every 6-12 months and it is a pain to have to keep re-entering them because I cannot schedule them to recur that far into the future. Can you please, please remove the limitation of scheduling into the future. Why even limit it at all? Thank you!
Remove Organizer Suggestions
It would be great to have the ability to remove names/emails that are automatically displayed as suggestions when attempting to select an organizer. When you begin to type a name to search by, the program automatically provides a list of previous organizers to select from. If those organizers should not be selected anymore, we should have the ability to remove them from the suggestions list. This occurs when an external party is added as an organizer by manually typing in their info to give them access to the webinar. Once their info is entered, it is retained. It can cause confusion when setting up other webinars later. For example, the external party that was set up for a specific webinar name was Joseph. When I set up another webinar later and type in Joseph for one of our actual licensed users, it gives the other Joseph's info as an option for selection as well. Can you look into doing something about this to help with people not paying attention to which "Joseph" they have selected?
