central template for feedback questions
Is it possible to create a central template for feedback questions? This template could be stored behind the training/appointment. If the questions are changed or expanded, GoTo should automatically update all appointments using the template. This eliminates the need to manually edit each individual appointment. The copy function is not available after publication. Thank you very much and greetings.4Views0likes3CommentsConduct Multiple Targeted Surveys for attendees and absentees
To enhance the quality and relevance of the feedback we collect, it would be highly beneficial to be able to create and distribute multiple tailored surveys, each designed for a specific audience segment. For instance: Survey for Attendees: This version would focus on gathering insights about the webinar experience, including content quality, speaker effectiveness, technical delivery, and suggestions for future topics. Survey for Absentees: This version would aim to understand the reasons behind non-attendance. It could include questions about scheduling conflicts, topic relevance, communication effectiveness, or technical barriers. By segmenting our surveys in this way, we can: Obtain more accurate and actionable feedback. Identify areas for improvement in both content and outreach. Increase engagement by showing participants that their specific experiences and perspectives are valued. This approach will ultimately help us refine our webinar strategy and better meet the needs of our audience.17Views0likes1CommentAdd engagement scores to objects returned by one of the GoTo Webinar API endpoints
Hello, We leverage the GoTo Webinar API to run a lot of processes that rely on webinar attendance and interactions. We also would love to start using the engagement scores that are currently downloadable via the dashboard. We would love for these scores to be available via any of the endpoints of the Session Attendees API. It would be nice if the engagement score was available as an attribute of an attendee whenever we query the session attendees endpoint. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, or some some clarification as to our use case for this attribute. I just lost half an hour of detailed work because of your lousy software design and I'm furious. I added many survey questions and upon saving the survey, it briefly flashed the old message about "Don't use a < > or other special character in a question." At that point it threw away the entire survey, forcing me to start again from scratch. To add insult to injury, the error message is temporary and disappears, so I can't even see which particular characters are not allowed. Do you have the slightest respect for your users' time?48Views0likes3CommentsAdding HTML Link To Post-Webinar Survey
Hi, We create 'News Alerts' on our website for associated topic areas for the webinars that we run, that individuals can sign-up for to receive news. Is it possible to add clickable HTML links to the post-webinar surveys to direct individuals back to these page? Or is it simply a case of if they answer Yes or No to a question, we then have to reach out afterwards accordingly?152Views0likes1CommentAbility to save surveys in order to apply to multiple webinars.
We use a standard feedback survey for most of the webinars we host. It would be great to be able to save this survey making it easy to apply to any webinar we host without having to re-type the questions or copy a webinar.3.1KViews2likes6CommentsTemplates for Surveys
It would be very helpfull, if there is a possibility to create templates for surveys and short-surveys. We enter in all of our webinars a survey, but it is annoying that all questions and answers must be edited manually in every single webinar. Please add this feature (templates for surveys) in your next version.1.1KViews1like3CommentsAllow documents (pdf or word) to be attached to the post-webinar survey or follow-up email
Need: We would like the event organizer to be able to attach a pdf document to either the Post-session Survey (preferred) or the Follow-up email to attendees. Our organization utilizes GoToWebinar to provide Educational Sessions and grant Continuing Education (CE) Credit to attendees. We apply for and receive the ability to grant Continuing Education Credits from our National Organization (NAMSS). Once approved, NAMSS sends us a CE Certificate that is to be given to each attendee to prove they participated in a "NAMSS-approved CE". These CE's are required for re-certification purposes. The document they provide must be sent to each attendee and currently, there is no automatic way to upload and send the CE to the attendee in GoToWebinar. We do see that GoToWebinar added the ability to generate a CE, but that will not work for our purpose. We must use the document that NAMSS provided us, so we need the ability to upload a document and send to all attendees at the close of the program. Another use for this ability could be to attach a small document or presentation and email out to the attendees after the program. Thank you for your consideration.
