Your session may have timed out or the host may have gone offline
The error occurs after opening the dashboard of the remote host using the logmein client software, then trying a remote connection from the dashboard. The remote host says it is in session however when trying to remote I receive the error "Your session may have timed out or the host may have gone offline. Please try again." and offers Reconnect or Close options. The reconnect button causes the same error. It appears to be a problem when first accessing the dashboard. After speaking with phone support they recommend restarting the remote machine, which can't be done until the client is back on site, defeating the purpose of having remote access. I have had this same issue with multiple remote hosts, running different operating systems. Any other solutions? Besides switching remote software providers.Solved16KViews1like26CommentsConnection Refused. Another remote control client is connected from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
I have a computer that will not let me connect. Based on the login details, the connection is being refused because I have another remote client connected. We occasionally use team viewer as a customer of our vendor to allow our vendor to support us and we use logmein for our customers to have remote access. I had been connecting to the logmein remote fine and tried to use the teamviewer and it gave me a message saying we didn't have an account and the connection would drop out in 5 minutes. It drop out in more like 5 seconds and I have not been able to logmein since. I suspect the teamviewer is blocking it somehow. I do not have a remote connection from the IP address in the error message and I confirmed it is my address. I even tried logmein remote of another computer at another customer location so the IP would be different and used that computer to try and remote to the problem machine and still got the same message. I had someone restart the machine. At this point I am locked out of my own remote connection and my customer needs help.Solved12KViews1like5CommentsUrgent! Latest Client Not Compatible With Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan)
Urgent! I'm running on OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) due to requirement of other software. The new LogMeInMac Client does not work on El Capitan. I've got my older version which still works fine. How do I stop LogMeIn from automatically updating the client to the version that doesn't work on my OS. Lesser importance, why in God's name would you force out an update that doesn't check the OS before installing and thereby breaking things?!?! Hi Connection is disconnected upon verify identity. We have a few hundreds pc's connected to central and recently we are getting this issue when using the client app. these are Windws 10 x86 and x64 We still have some older Windows 7 devices, they do not have this problem... Before posting this I tried: - updating the certificates: no result - connecting to the host which is directly connected to the internet ( no firewall): no result - connecting to the host on client pc with no firewall: no result - disabling local windows firewall on the host: no result On the other hand, we are able to connect to all devices using IE11 browser. Any ideas what might go wrong? Many thanks!Solved7.3KViews0likes10CommentsLogmein AV - Block Certificate credentials from sites (https)

Another issue is the that the mouse cursor does not show up during a webex when I am sharing my screen. Any ideas? After searching endlessly for a fix to this issue, I have resorted to posting what I am experiencing. I handle LogMeIn on (let's just call it) a lot of Mac computers for our organization. I have repetitively run into an issue with Big Sur & Monterey when remoting into a client computer that looks like the following (logos/client's name have been removed): When this happens, I cannot see anything on the client's computer, however, my mouse movements & clicks WILL register. The only known fix is to physically visit the client's computer and un-check/re-check all security settings for LMIGUIAgent. This poses an issue as some of our client computers are sent worldwide after preparation. I did see a post recommending trying a caffeinate command for Macs with the M1 chip - our Macs have Intel chips. I did see a post recommending lowering BIOS security levels - we can't do this. We must have Full Security & a BIOS password set for every machine. Sample Computer (experiencing issue) Specs: Mac OS Monterey (12.2.1) Mac Mini (2018) Intel Core i5 3 GHz 6-Core Processor 8GB RAM Intel Graphics My Computers Specs: Mac OS Monterey (12.2.1) MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020) Intel Core i5 Quad-Core Processor 16GB RAM Intel Iris graphics Any input on this issue would be appreciated because it has truly become an issue within our organization.Solved5.5KViews1like10CommentsRemote CMD - Connection Closed error
Hi Guys, When I try to open the remote CMD, I'm getting this "Connection closed" message. This happens only with some of the computers. Others are ok. ButI can access these computers' CMD via web version. I recently deployed a script to install a certificate via the LogMeIn task. It got failed on these computers by giving an error "Access Denied". That'swhere I came to know about this. I don't know whether these are related. I normally use the LogMeIn client and this is happening to me for few days.LogMeIn client is up to date and I even reinstalled it. Any idea why is this happening? Hi there, I know it's been a while since you raised this issue, BUT I am getting the exact same error trying to configure LogMeIn SSO with Azure AD. Wondering what solved your issue ??? AADSTS650056: Misconfigured application. This could be due to one of the following: the client has not listed any permissions for 'AAD Graph' in the requested permissions in the client's application registration. Or, the admin has not consented in the tenant. Or, check the application identifier in the request to ensure it matches the configured client application identifier. Or, check the certificate in the request to ensure it's valid. Please contact your admin to fix the configuration or consent on behalf of the tenant.
