Azure SSO Problems
Hi there, I know it's been a while since you raised this issue, BUT I am getting the exact same error trying to configure LogMeIn SSO with Azure AD. I have reached out to LogMeIn support (unsuccessfully). I also tried Microsoft support who pointed out thatClient app ID: 9efc94c4-b491-4f36-9779-3a5c310ff2a1 does not exists in my tenant. Wondering what solved your issue ??? AADSTS650056: Misconfigured application. This could be due to one of the following: the client has not listed any permissions for 'AAD Graph' in the requested permissions in the client's application registration. Or, the admin has not consented in the tenant. Or, check the application identifier in the request to ensure it matches the configured client application identifier. Or, check the certificate in the request to ensure it's valid. Please contact your admin to fix the configuration or consent on behalf of the tenant. Hi comunity, I have a Mac with OS X 10.10.5 version, and I can't upgrade to other version because I can't systems requirements. I can't install Logmein Client for Mac, because the installer says "You need Mac OS X 10.13 to run the installer". Where can I download Logmein Client installer for Mac OS X 10.10.5? The error occurs after opening the dashboard of the remote host using the logmein client software, then trying a remote connection from the dashboard. The remote host says it is in session however when trying to remote I receive the error "Your session may have timed out or the host may have gone offline. Please try again." and offers Reconnect or Close options. The reconnect button causes the same error. It appears to be a problem when first accessing the dashboard. After speaking with phone support they recommend restarting the remote machine, which can't be done until the client is back on site, defeating the purpose of having remote access. I have had this same issue with multiple remote hosts, running different operating systems. Any other solutions? Besides switching remote software providers.Solved16KViews1like26CommentsConnection Refused. Another remote control client is connected from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
I have a computer that will not let me connect. Based on the login details, the connection is being refused because I have another remote client connected. We occasionally use team viewer as a customer of our vendor to allow our vendor to support us and we use logmein for our customers to have remote access. I had been connecting to the logmein remote fine and tried to use the teamviewer and it gave me a message saying we didn't have an account and the connection would drop out in 5 minutes. It drop out in more like 5 seconds and I have not been able to logmein since. I suspect the teamviewer is blocking it somehow. I do not have a remote connection from the IP address in the error message and I confirmed it is my address. I even tried logmein remote of another computer at another customer location so the IP would be different and used that computer to try and remote to the problem machine and still got the same message. I had someone restart the machine. At this point I am locked out of my own remote connection and my customer needs help.Solved12KViews1like5CommentsLogin Loophole
Hi, I am stuck at a login loop. I paid a 1-year subscription on September and I cannot login to my LogMeIn Center to Manage My Networks. I start at the LogMeIn login page (https://www.logmein.com/ -> Login). Then I enter my username and the login suddenly changes to tell thay I will be redirected to authenticate. The redirection sends me to GoTo to verify my ID Once I verify, it sends me back to the LogMeIn home site, without being logged in. In my GoTo account it says I have no products/subscriptions, but I do have myLogMeInreceipt. I don't know how to log in and manage mynetworks.2.6KViews0likes3CommentsLogMeIn Display Issues - Mac OS 11.6 (Big Sur) & 12.2 (Monterey)
After searching endlessly for a fix to this issue, I have resorted to posting what I am experiencing. I handle LogMeIn on (let's just call it) a lot of Mac computers for our organization. I have repetitively run into an issue with Big Sur & Monterey when remoting into a client computer that looks like the following (logos/client's name have been removed): When this happens, I cannot see anything on the client's computer, however, my mouse movements & clicks WILL register. The only known fix is to physically visit the client's computer and un-check/re-check all security settings for LMIGUIAgent. This poses an issue as some of our client computers are sent worldwide after preparation. I did see a post recommending trying a caffeinate command for Macs with the M1 chip - our Macs have Intel chips. I did see a post recommending lowering BIOS security levels - we can't do this. We must have Full Security & a BIOS password set for every machine. Sample Computer (experiencing issue) Specs: Mac OS Monterey (12.2.1) Mac Mini (2018) Intel Core i5 3 GHz 6-Core Processor 8GB RAM Intel Graphics My Computers Specs: Mac OS Monterey (12.2.1) MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020) Intel Core i5 Quad-Core Processor 16GB RAM Intel Iris graphics Any input on this issue would be appreciated because it has truly become an issue within our organization.Solved5.6KViews1like10Commentsbypass usernam/pass
Hello, i work for Kuubix global and i was tasked to install software using logmein automation. Before our current IT team the previous team had the admin name and creds different and its hard to get anything installed into these computers. i was able to install logmein using datto services. Now i need to install antivirus software crowdstrike, and install arctic wolf. Some of these computers we dont have username and passwords to. So i cant install any software to those computers without knowing the local user name and password. Is there a way to bypass the local username and password? i just want to run a cmd process by creating a local admin account so i can install software i mentioned above. for me to create local admin i need to have local admin creds otherwise i cant install anything let alone create any local admin accounts. i have to do this on 170 computers and need to get this done at the end of next week.756Views0likes0CommentsCan’t see Office 365 FILE screens
I hit this odd problem on several computers when using Remote Control. Say you have Word, Excel, Outlook etc open. You click FILE on the ribbon menu. As you mouse over and click Info, Account or the other options on the left column, the detail screens to the right are blank. Makes it impossible to say go to ACCOUNT and update Office. Has anyone hit this and found a way around it? PS: the Windows 10 Setting screens do odd things on these computers also.1.6KViews0likes4CommentsHow to re-download and reinstall the Logmein host after a computer crash?
I need to reinstall the Logmein Host on one of my computers that recently crashed and needed full reinstallation. However redownloading the host to my PC is not working out, when logging in, it want me to upgrade my subscription to add the computer to Logmein though I just want to reinstall same PC (Stick-PC in my account) and not actually add an extra PC. And yes, the crash took away the originial download file, that might have worked. Also, if I try to generate a new download link for my computer, it is refused because an upgrade of the subscription is needed. I even deleted an old PC from my account, no longer used, but it didn't help. I was careful not to delete the actual PC from the account until I am sure it is necessary, still I have one less PC on my account so it should have worked. My subscription plan is the one following the excpencive one time payed iOS Logme Ignition client app, not the PC plan btw if there is question about licencing. Meaning I remote control only from Ipad, not from PC. Regards Thomas Henden.3.2KViews0likes5Comments
