Be able to leave a message after hours
I know currently we cannot leave messages when our away message is activated, I would like to be able to turn this feature on. This way after hours our customers can leave a message without waiting for a transfer then waiting on hold for 5 seconds then get a random message then leave a message. Thanks, Brian

Hi, We are preparing a plan in case we have a large amount of phone calls where: - We transfer the phone number directly to Extension 0 - It rings the various phone numbers we have listed, indefinitely I want to select “Before being forwarded, let the caller hear: your transfer greeting”. I tested it and it works fine, but then an automatic voice says people can leave a voicemail by pressing STAR. Is there a way to disable the option for people to leave a voicemail when we transfer the call directly to an extension? Thank you.
