Just want to know if there is a standalone product for LogmeIn/AV.
Thanks a lot
@PMLouis Have you attempted to save the file first, then run it as Administrator there?
What about an alternate user profile on one of the problem PCs?
@AshC We never use LogmeIn-AV before; It is like a couple of weeks that we have this option through LogMein Central.
Is it possible to have the .exe or .msi installation files ? I never heard that, can you tell how to get it? Cause, until now we usually push our installation via logmeIn central.
Thanks for your follow up.
I'm sorry, there isn't a standalone file that I'm aware of.
Can you say anything is in common with those PCs or Users encountering the set up problems? If you're not sure, you may call Customer Support from one of the affected work stations to send in the full logs for examination.

i have another question: Is it possible to install this AV on Mac OS ?
Thank you !
@PMLouis Mac support may be coming in 2021...
thank you @AshC for your quick answer !
I have still problems installing LogMeIn Antivirus on windows 10, how can I troubleshoot this to find out what is causing this?
Is it possible that some Windows Updates are blocking the installation? If so, which ones?
@johan21 Exactly how are you attempting to install LMI AV there? Is this the only Windows machine that's having a problem?
