Hi all, in our company we have the following need:
We have 10 Pc's that needs to be remotely managed by more than 1 technician. With 1, unattended access was setup and is working fine, but i cannot configure the second one
I tried adding the second technician with all the needed permission but that doesnt work..
What is the correct way, if its doable?

Hello, looking at videos and training it looks my account on the console is missing something.
I dont have the possibility to create groups, also the calling card feature is missing.
@HSH1979 It looks like you might not have the permissions needed currently. Another solution is to create a specific installer via the access wizard, and assign certain technician groups or individuals to specific machines that way. Hello, thanks but it looks also the access wizard is not available for me.

Probably i need to ask my admin to give some more permission for my account?
If your account has a Super Admin I would talk to them. They can either increase your permissions or create the group for you.
