LogMeIn Control Panel

I have recently installed LogMeIn on my Mac, but I cannot log into Control Panel. I have installed the latest version. I am using the correct password. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled, and I'm still getting the same problem.
 
I enter my credentials click log in, I do the two factor authentacation and it takes me back to the login screen. Please help!

    No, I don't. I have tried to log on to the control panel on three different computers on three different networks with the same result. I get getting the same thing happening.

    Hi brtaus ,

    Do you have a local or network firewall that may be breaking the connection between the LogMeIn servers during the authentication attempt?
