LogMeIn Tasks in "Downloading" State Forever
We have seen this occuring at our organization for as long as we have had LogMeIn. When trying to run a task to install a product (Whether it be EXE or MSI) the download sits for 24 hours and never completes. It never gets past the downloading piece of the task. Never goes into installing status. We've asked Support to take a look and they have not been able to find a cause. It doesn't appear to be our network as we've tried to run these tasks on multiple locations and on user's laptops that were on their home networks. It seems to be an issue with LogMeIn's network or some issue when the file is fetched from wherever the application packages reside.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I'm looking for any indication that this isn't just our org and that others are seeing this happen as well.
