Share My Desktop rights

Since LogMeIn support seems to have fallen apart, I thought I would ask the community about rights to use the "share my desktop" feature. Some users can and others cannot access this feature. It is greyed out for some. I'm trying to determine where it is that I configure access for this feature. I'm not finding any reference to this is the user guide. Any thoughts?

    I'm sorry if your customer support experience was less-than stellar.

     

    Could you please elaborate on the environment you are seeing the problem in? 

    Were these all clients that you've worked successfully with previously?
