Windows 2021 - JavaScript

I'm considering a return to LMI after a few years on another product.

 

What browser is under the hood in LogMeIn?

 

I just finished the client install on a new Windows 2021 server and the LMI Control Panel is stuck at "Log in" and says "Enable JavaScript in your browser to optimize your experience on this site." If I try logging in, it complains that my browser does not accept cookies.

 

It's kind of hard to accept cookies when the underlying browser is unknown. 😉

    Hi Tutthole welcome to the GoTo Community. I see that customer support was able to resolve the issue using the instructions below. Thanks for sharing your experience here in the Community. 

     

    1. Launch Server Manager and near the top, locate Security Information.
    2. To the right, select Configure IE ESC.
    3. Select the Off radio button to disable enhanced security for both users and administrators.
    4. Click OK.

  • Any luck on this one? I am encountering the exact same issue on Server 2022.
