- Nick1119 years agoNew ContributorThanks! That's a shame as we were hoping to combine incidents from two services in a single view within GTA rather than having to export the data. It would be a good filter addition to the global reports for the future.

Sorry for any confusion there. With GoToAssist Service Desk, you will want to get to Configure > Services, then click on the Feedback tab. If you want to enable or disable feedback surveys for individual service portals, you may do so there.
