Yup, our PC's are showing as available to connect but they just timeout when you actually try. The service status always jumps the gun on resolved issues - it isnt.

Rebooting the PCs and reinstalling GTMPC does not get my users back online. Don't put out a status update saying service are functional without testing it first.

The last status update said services are functional, but they are not. The notification tray icon on my user's PC has an exclamation point and says Not authorized.

The login page is unavailable again. Clearing browsing history, using a different browser, or private/incognito mode is no longer effective as a work-around.

Hi, we apologize for any frustration. It appears one of the carriers that some of our traffic is routed through was experiencing an issue which they have now resolved. Service should now be returning to normal for anyone that was affected.

If you have users that get the service unavailable page for login, clearing browsing history, using a different browser, or using private/incognito mode will bring it up.

They're having issues again. Login page says Service Currently Unavailable.
