# of Organizers and # of Panelist at a time
Hello, on the standard GTW platform, what's the total number of organizers as well as total number of panelist we can have on an event at a time? Thanks
Hi,
We are excited to announce that you can now add up to 49 Co-organizers and 50 Panellists in a Webinar session (both standard and webcast). We have increased this from the current limit of 28 Co-orgs and 25 Panellists per session.
- We have increased the limit for both standard and webcast sessions to add up to 49 Co-organizers and 50 Panellists in a Webinar session.
- The limit to add external co-organizers is still 28. The increase in limit is only for internal co-organizers (meaning users belonging to the same account).
- The limit to sharing parallel webcams at once is still 25.

It's not recommended to have over 25 for various audio reasons, but this is entirely possible. Keep in mind that Panelists can unmute their own lines, so control as an Organizer can be tricky.

Apparently, you can set up to 24 co-Organizers before the webinar begins, but then you can promote an unlimited number of Co-Organizers after the webinar begins. This is according to AshC:

Ok, sorry but one more question. I'll spare ya the follow up thank you message this time.
Can all 25 max be all Organizers?

25 max combined Panelists and Organizers.

If this helps, only one will be speaking at a time. So, just wondering the max for both during set up
