Customizing the registration page: choosing a video frame

Hi, is there a way to customize the registration page, choosing a specific video frame from the uploaded video resource of my  webinar? The one that is automatically selected by GTW is not meaningful and also the colors and the transparency are not appealing. Alternatively, even an image would be a good choice, if I could import one.
