Most recent Firefox version (Linux) does not work
Good morning,
I get following Error message:
Oops! We found some compatibility issue(s).
- OS - Linux Your system cannot install the desktop software, but if you are on Linux or Google Chrome OS then you can join from the most recent 2 versions of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. You can also switch to the mobile apps or a Windows or Mac computer.
- Browser - Firefox 132 Your browser cannot run GoTo Webinar. Please try again from a different computer or join from the mobile app.
- Internet connection - Strong

Everything on the Laptop is working perfect.

MichelleKonzack Welcome to the GoTo Community,
It depends on what type of Webinar you are trying to join. A standard webinar only supports joining in the browser with Chrome, Mac, Linux.
If you are joining a Webcast you can use Firefox. This article is also helpful.
