No Start Button

So I created a test today to test something out.  I didn't have a start button.  It said press *1 to start the webinar.  I'm on a PC and tried both the keypad and the keys above QWERTY.  Nothing.  Couldn't get it to start, nothing in the file menu to start it.  

 

Any ideas?

    This was my fault, i didn't have audio connected as it was just a test.
