Payment problems - Credit Card - Netherlands

Hi good afternoon,

We from SITS | Traxion here in the Netherlands are trying to buy the standard license for GoToWebinar. We've tried multiple times to complete the payment but keep getting the following message: "Unable to process payment".

Also as part of the new partnership process for a financial check I need to acquire the following information about GoTo Group:
Chamber of Commerce number
VAT number

Can you please help me!

    Will this be through email/phone or through this platform? I have already found the Chamber of Commerce number and VAT. 

    I only need assistance with the payment process.
