Pull a live list of attendees?
Hi there,
We want to give away a prize, live, during our webinar. Is there any sort of a randomizer plugin that we can add to GotoWebinar that will look at the live list of attendees and select a winner for us? If not, is there a way to pull a list of everyone actively logged into the webinar while it is in session so we can use a 3rd party randomizer? We want the audience to watch as the winner is selected.

Hi Leigh Strinsky, While GoToWebinar doesn’t offer a specific plugin for randomly selecting a winner from your live attendee list, you can try the following:
Organizers and Co-organizers can see the list of attendees in real-time via the control panel, by default, this list is sorted by join time, but it can be sorted alphabetically.
- Random Number Method: Use a random number generator to pick a number within the range of your attendee count. Then, count down the list to find the corresponding attendee.
- Specific Join Order: For example, you can decide that the 10th person to join will receive the prize.
