Purging of participant data
What are the purging practices or procedures of participant information? i.e. participants who attended, or participants who registered for an event and did not attend

Hi Rosie2, welcome to the community.
Reporting data on sessions, attendees etc, is kept for 1 year from the date it is created.
For how long does the platform keep participant records if we currently have a license in use?
